Mental Math Drills: Rank Test Support
If you run into a problem while using Mental Math Drills: Rank Test, please check the points below.
Common questions
- Scores, unlocked levels, coins and achievements are stored on your device. Deleting the App erases them.
- Level progress and best scores are recorded separately for Mental Math mode and Glowing Number Sums mode.
- The rank test (up to 10 questions, 2-minute time limit) does not use lives or coins. Your rank is a guide within the App, and you can retake the test as often as you like.
- Each round lasts 60 seconds. Answer 10 questions correctly to clear the level and unlock the next one.
- A life is used for each wrong answer, and when time runs out before you clear the level. Starting another round from the results screen with “Use a Life” also uses one. Lives recover over time.
- If a “Remove Ads” purchase is not reflected, try “Restore Purchases” on the Shop screen. With the same Apple ID, it can be restored.
- Coin packs are consumable, so “Restore Purchases” does not grant them again. If coins you bought do not appear, close the App completely and open it again. Unfinished purchases are processed automatically at launch and the coins are added. If they still do not appear, please contact me at the address below.
- If a video ad does not load, check your connection and try again a little later.
